I. Tiers: L0 Public Directory provides titles, summaries, sources, and citations without full text; L1 Public Full Text allows download of reviewed public copies; L2 Researcher Access requires application and approval for time-limited access; L3 Internal Evidence is excluded from public search. II. How to use: Combined search supports keyword, material type, region, access level, and date filters. L3 content does not appear in public results. Researchers may submit a "Research Access Application" for L2 access.
