This FAQ explains how to submit historical materials to the center and how submitted materials are accessed and used.
I. Submission: Individuals and institutions may submit historical documents, photographs, oral history leads, and collection information through the "Secure Contribution" page. Submissions are reviewed for safety, ownership, and ethics.
II. Access: Submitted materials are assigned an access level (L0-L3) after review. Public directory entries show titles, summaries, and sources; full texts are available only where ownership, privacy, and authorization permit.
III. Usage rights: This site does not publish unauthorized victim testimonies, identity documents, or internal legal opinions. Researchers may apply for L2 access through the formal application process.
